At the beginning of 2024, we set ambitious financial goals for Midwest Marketing, aiming to grow to $10,000 in monthly revenue by May and achieve $2 million in revenue by 2032. Through a strategic blend of social media management, website development, SEO, and advertising services, we’ve been able to scale our offerings and make solid progress towards these financial benchmarks. Reaching these milestones has been a rewarding reminder of the potential for growth in Cedar Rapids’ thriving business landscape.
2. Expanding Our Service Offerings to Meet Client Needs
This year, we focused on enhancing our service packages to provide more value to our clients. From introducing CRM setup and automation to developing comprehensive sales processes, Midwest Marketing has become a full-service marketing partner for local businesses looking to grow. From our appliance outlet store clients to a gym and a counseling group, we’ve been dedicated to providing targeted strategies that align with each business’s goals. We helped a gym owner streamline their onboarding process, develop supplement upsells, and track attendance to increase customer engagement, all while building a supportive brand community. We’re proud to have made a difference for small businesses across Iowa, providing strategies that help them flourish.

In line with our mission to make professional business tools accessible, we introduced a free consultation for clients who referred three new customers. We also refined our approach to pricing, ensuring that our services meet high standards while remaining affordable for growing businesses. 5. Laying the Groundwork for Innovative AI Solutions in 2025
Looking ahead, we’re excited to share a preview of Milo, our AI Marketing Assistant, which will be launched in Fall 2025. Milo is designed to streamline communication and automate marketing processes for small teams, enabling them to grow more efficiently. Milo will be included as a complimentary service for all CRM packages, and we can’t wait to see the impact it will have for businesses in Cedar Rapids and beyond.
